Membership is only $30 per year or $125 for a five year membership.
Membership process (NEW or RENEWING members):

- Fill in information and print application.. One application per person, NOT per household.
- Mail your completed application and a check made payable to the Syracuse Polish Community Inc., 915 Park Ave, Syracuse NY 13204 OR You may bring a completed application and payment to the Polish Home during regular hours of operation.
